At NM Tiles, we are committed to providing premium quality building materials. We understand that sometimes products may be damaged during transit or may have manufacturing defects. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process.

1. Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Prior to shipping, we ensure all products are of high quality. However, if you receive a product that is:

• Broken or cracked upon arrival.
• Significantly different from the specifications provided.
• Has a manufacturing defect.

Please note that as many of our products (clay tiles, natural stones) are made from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and size are inherent and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We detailed not accept returns for:

• Surplus material ordered by the customer (please calculate your requirements carefully).
• Products that have been installed or used.
• Change of mind after the product has been delivered.

3. Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for defective items. If a product is defective, we will ship a replacement for the damaged quantity free of charge, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund for the defective portion.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective product:

1. Inspect upon Delivery: Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery while the delivery vehicle is still present, if possible.
2. Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photographs or video evidence of the damaged or defective goods.
